The rooms and the entire facility are immaculately maintained, a definite 10/10 rating for cleanliness. The building is on a large, manicured lot and our window overlooked the beautiful back field. I highly recommend staying at Imperial House while visiting Plitvice National Park. The room was comfortable. They have a spacious, covered back patio with different seating areas for socializing that looks out on a nice garden and a field behind the property.
