Of the four nights we stayed, our room wasn't cleaned for three, which meant days without trash removal or towel changes. I had read about this in other reviews and didn't think it would happen to us. The hotel is far from the city center and The Loop; I just want to make this clear because when I searched for hotels near the center, this one appeared, and it really is far. When we checked out, the receptionist didn't take the time to ask us if everything had been okay; she just said, "it’s fine, everything is already paid for." I would have liked to have the opportunity to give my comments so that a hotel, which is “by Hilton”, could have better service.
