The staff was amazing but the room itself was not very clean, the shower head and mold all over it and tub was dirty, nobody could shower so that was very disappointing. The roof it’s literally falling apart there are cracks and pieces hanging down all over. The biggest thing for me was the friendliness of the staff. Please keep that up! Always smiling and greeting you. The garbage can on Level 27 was over flowing last evening so a larger can would help as the small can may not be adequate.

The pool and water slide were a big hit with my son. Sauna was great too. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of choices but the service with the buffet staff was lacking a bit. Overall great stay and would return.
