Holiday Inn Downtown - Mercy Area, an IHG Hotel

Horrible experience. Paid $125 per night and had no complimentary breakfast. Lounge and breakfast hall was not even open on the weekends. Air did not work in the room. Did not fix it and I was there 4 nights. Do not waste your money here.

Hotel was clean, in good condition, and service was fine. Hotel is located right off the expressway and has a nearby fire department that often runs. If sirens blaring doesn't wake you up at night, you may not mind. The beds were very soft/squishy. We prefer a firmer mattress. Otherwise, was conveniently located.

Everything was good, room was clean, nice view and so on; the only thing was that they did not have breakfast available the lady at the front desk gave us two breakfast sandwiches but nothing else.

I was a little disappointed i had requested a room with 2 beds and the front desk person even asked.me if i had any special requests and i said yes we needed 2 beds. When we arrived at the room it had only 1 bed so we called the front desk and my son went and exchanged the keys for a room with 2 beds. The room was very clean bed was comfortable and was very quiet.

I have stayed here many times and this time was not good. Staff=not friendly to the point of rude. Large hand print on our mirror when we entered our room. Our other family members were given a room already occupied by someone else.

It sucks that the bar and restaurant are closed due to covid?

The rooms definitely need upgrading. The bed was a little worn. Good pillows. Gteat location.

No coffee or breakfast due to covid? I have stayed at hotels that at least had breakfast to go bags for breakfast with fruit and pastries.

Great stay. Taking off one star as microwave was missing and we had to request it. Very helpful front desk.
