From the get go, check in was terrible and unprofessional as OYO did not have a proper counter or reception. It was done through a hole in the wall and was a manual check in via phone and paper. Long waiting time. Next, parking was confusing as well as navigating our way to the apartment. It required us to change lifts multiple times just to get to our apartment.
The condition of the apartment was below average as it was not thoroughly cleaned. We found cigaratte butts in the corner of the bedroom window sill. Floor was also dusty and hairy.
We booked the room with the understanding that there will be free WiFi but only found out after check in that they weren't able to provide it for us. After trying to raise this issue with the receptionist, she told us that she mentioned it during check in, which she did not. Another receptionist also refused to help as it was beyond his working hours.
