Bed was very uncomfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on a cement slab. My daughter wasn't aware that the players were being checked out the next day, as my stay was for 2 nights. Unfortunately she had left some items behind in her room and they magically disappeared and no one knew anything about where her swimsuit and shower products walked away to. I was promised a follow up call from the housekeeping manager after speaking with her staff that would have cleaned that room, never happened. It was a very frustrating stay!
