I stayed at Fairfield inn & suites , parsipanny , NJ and was very disappointed with the experience. While the location was ok, the condition of the hotel and the lack of response to serious problems made the stay frustrating and uncomfortable.
The biggest issue occurred when water started leaking from the ceiling in my room. It began as a slow drip and I was genuinely concerned about potential damage to my belongings—not to mention the safety risk of water near electrical outlets. I reported it to the front desk immediately, I was offered an accessible room to change, we were told that was the only option and being checked in late the previous night after 10pm , this drip started off early morning around 4-5am and we couldn’t even have a peaceful sleep after a long hectic drive to reach there .
Aside from the leak, the room was not in good condition, the air conditioning unit was ineffective, and the bathroom smelled musty.
Breakfast was mediocre, with limited choices and a very crowded dining area. The food trays often empty and refills were not made promptly.
Given the serious maintenance problems and poor customer service, I cannot recommend this hotel.
