On a family road trip, we reserved a room with two queen beds through hotels.com to spend the night. Upon arrival at 11pm, the hotel reception said they would not be able to accommodate us and cancelled our reservation stating we would get a full refund. (And even wrote on our cancelled reservation 'full refund'.)
When hotels.com contacted the Red Lion Inn for the refund, the hotel said it had a 'no refund' policy and refused to refund our money.
So in short, Red Lion Inn Grants Pass took our money, refused to honor our reservation, and refused to honor the word of their own representative. Absolutely terrible!
