When we arrived we had to wait for our check in at 3. But they offered us a free lunch to kill some time. The buffet was very nice and all fresh. When we got The keys to go to our room, unfortunately we got the older room. Which was a very big spacious suite by
The way. So we accepted it, but after 10
Minutes we realized we were next to a room that got constructed. So I went to the reception and asked if we could get another room instead. But the hotel was fully booked. I was not too happy about it. But the manager was so willing to help, he offered us free dinner and the brought us a bottle of wine. In the end we went two floors up. And the noise was a lot less. The hotel is very nice with big gardens and the staff is super friendly. I would def go back but I will make sure I’m in the newest building.
If I have to say something negative is that it’s very very English orientated. Lots of older English people.
But further than that a nice hotel. With amazing staff
