They never called me, never messaged me, never received any type of communication. I booked around 10:30 pm and when I called around 12:38am, Tyler proceeded to tell me my reservation had been canceled by Expedia. He said refund was issued, but that did not happen, as I had to contact Expedia to request it. I believe the property made a mistake, one that cost me a whole night with no room, as the entire area was sold out. I have never experienced that situation before, and to only have received a $75 comp for not having room was quite ridiculous.
