Everything was poor. Service at the front desk - very slow. Breakfast - I had to go back into the kitchen to get someone to help after waiting for more than five minutes at the front counter. This hotel is very old, tired, and dirty. Toilet barely flushed. Cold shower. Carpet stained all over. Ceiling in bathroom peeling. It seems that it once was a wonderful place. Now it is just worn out and needs to be taken down or 100% completely remodeled. I’m surprised this place can carry the Hilton name.
