We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency Cologne. The location is incredible—stunning views of the Love Lock Bridge and the Cologne Cathedral, especially at night. It’s within easy walking distance to the cathedral and the Christmas markets, which made exploring so convenient. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the food options were excellent, and the spa massages were fantastic. Everything about the stay felt thoughtful and high quality. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, clean hotel. Concierge and staff not up to par. They told us every night that hotel restaurants are full but we managed to get spaces ourselves and with the help of the manager.
