New Hotel Collection Smoky Mountains

Quiet and spacious three bedroom away from the noise and craziness of all the activities. Loved being in the historical district but so close to attractions. Comfy beds and nice rain showers. Overall a lovely family stay.

It was a very nice place to stay. I enjoyed my time there. It was very nice and spacious the rooms were amazing. Only problem was parking but other then that i was overall a great place to stay.

We spent 4 days at the hotel! I was impressed when they called to confirm our reservation. The room was brand new and extremely nice. The manager on site was also extremely friendly. I loved the space especially for having a toddler that only sleeps when she’s in her own room. Having the option of a 3 bedroom hotel was nice for once. The worst part of hotel was parking while they finish construction on the adjacent street. Didn’t hear neighbors inside our room and had an amazing night sleep!

Excellent stay construction still going on around property so made parking difficult. Overall nice accommodation for a large family.

Wonderful rooms! Extremely comfortable beds! Excellent views. Beautiful kitchen! The suites are so spacious, you will be so comfortable with a larger family or group. Parking is a little awkward due to some construction. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We were so thankful to have found this hotel for our trip. Can't wait to stay again!

Very nice and modern. Rooms are big andexcellent locataion. Friendly staff.

We went for our honeymoon. The room was nice, spacious, the hotel is in a good location. However there is extensive construction taking place all around the hotel and they start working at 5-6 am every weekday. Make sure you check before booking, otherwise do not expect to sleep. This hotel has no amenities other than free parking and a little gym equipment on each floor. You will be charged $30 a day for a fee. There is no housekeeping service during your stay unless you pay $75 a time. You are responsible for taking out your own trash. There is a washer and dryer in the room which is convenient. There is a coffee shop on the first floor. Overall, would not return to the hotel, simply because they did not disclose the construction at time of booking, and it ruined our honeymoon.

This place was awesome ! Very spacious and clean with all of your at home amenities. Zachary was awesome as well! Less than a thirty minute drive to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg . Near grocery stores and restaurants including Kroger and Walmart . The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in ever ! I rate this hotel( which is more of a two bed two bath huge condo) 5 stars !
