I was very satisfied, I had booked a single room but was upgraded to a family room with a double and two single beds with a sea view, tea making facilities and TV.
A very nice clean bathroom.
The only thing missing was a fridge.
But for £34 per night, it was brilliant.
The gym and swimming pool was very good for just £2 per session. I did not have breakfast in the hotel so cannot say if it was good but I thought £12.50 might be a bit overpriced, however I did think that the £15.50 3 course evening dinner was very well priced and of decent quality.
Different people made negative comments to me about the hotel before my stay so I was very nervous, but I am happy to say they were very wrong. I will never hesitate to return there. It might become a regular place. The only thing that might cause concerns is the long walks to get to some rooms, if you have limited ability you might need to mention it when booking.
The staff I met were all very friendly and efficient. I'll be back. Thanks.
