Room was well appointed, view was fantastic, host was personable and helpful, breakfast was great. There was a lot of attention to detail at this property and it showed. Location is a little off the beaten path, but that’s what I was looking for in the highlands. I would definitely stay here again if I return to this area

Stewart was a wonderful host, the breakfast was fantastic, and the room very clean with extremely comfortable bedding. Located just a few minutes from town, it’s an ideal location to relax and recharge in a friendly, quiet environment.

I’ve never stayed in such a perfect place before. The property and the room were absolutely splendid. even more beautiful than in the photos. The scenery around the place is stunning, with lochs and mountains all around. The bedding was very comfortable, and the room was beautifully decorated with great style. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent. I especially loved the continental breakfast, which was fresh and well prepared. The host, Stewart, was very kind and took great care of us. I hope to have the chance to visit again. ☺️☺️☺️

Our stay at High March was MARVELLOUS. The hotel is quite, clean, immersed in the nature, right in front of a lake. The location is perfect if you aim to visit Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle. The room was spacious and clean and had everything one may need to have a lovely and comfortable stay. The breakfast takes place in a cosy room with a stunning view to the lake. The real plus is the staff, particularly the host Stewart: he is incredibly kind and available and ready to help where needed. In our case, in the morning we found our car with a tyre down: he helped us get in touch with the emergency service and took care of us until the tyre was eventually changed. Thank you very much indeed, Stewart! I highly recommend High March! Enjoy!

We loved our stay here! The room was so pretty and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view and relaxing space. Our host was very nice and helpful, and breakfast in the pretty sun porch was lovely. We would definitely recommend High March!

Scenic, quiet, convenient location, lovely hosts.

Excellent stay. Nice location, quiet and picturesque setting. Comfortable room, lovely breakfast. Just five miles from a village with a nice restaurant. An easy drive to Inverness and Fort William. Good hiking nearby (Glen Affric). Most of all, lovely hosts.

Everything about High March is excellent, the warm friendly welcome, the attention to detail is amazing. Our room had an amazing view of the loch, it was very modern. Breakfast was excellent too, Stewart had it all organised to the finest detail.
