Stay was fine. Room, parking, breakfast were all as expected. When checking in asked for main floor if available but was told since we booked through Hotels.com, all the main floor rooms were only for those that booked direct and then phoned to request. I hate that hotels use 3rd party booking sites (advertising and admin done by another company) and then treat customers as third rate customers. Would I stay again? Probably, the value was good, but it just leaves a sour taste in my mouth when customers are not treated the same, or are told to their face they don’t get equal treatment though they pay the same.
