A Very Disappointing Experience
My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. When I pulled up, there was a crowd of people outside, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere. I had booked a deluxe, non-smoking studio, but was given a heavily smoked-in room with a damaged smoke detector hanging from its wiring. The room’s safety lock was broken, and I had to apply extra force just to get the door to close securely.
The condition of the room was far from acceptable. The desk had burn marks, the floor was unclean, and the entire space smelled heavily of cigarettes and other unpleasant odors. The towels did not appear fresh, which added to the uncomfortable experience. I requested a room change, but was informed that no other rooms were available. When I asked for a refund, both the hotel and Hotels.com declined, leaving me to cover the cost of another hotel for the week.
This was truly one of my worst experiences. I’m still pursuing a refund, and I won’t be using this hotel or Hotels.com again due to the lack of support and inadequate customer service.
