Friendly and polite staff, rooms are clean and spacious especially if you have several luggages, very close to the city air terminal that has bus connections to Narita and Haneda Airport therefore was very handy to have when arriving and leaving. Close to local restaurants and izakayas that a rea great for good value eats. I didnt use them but there are several items you can rent/borrow at the front desk such as hair curlers, board games, cook ware, just thought its a nice touch to the homey style they portray :)

Loved how spacious the rooms were, convenience of kitchenette and laundry machine in room, and walkability of most public transport. Short distance from TCAT station is convenient for anyone taking the limousine bus to/from either airport. Front desk is manned most of 24 hours with good people.
