Thank you for the opportunity to share feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing and did not meet the standards I expected from this hotel brand.
During my stay, the elevator was out of service while my room was located on the third floor, which made accessibility very difficult. I also experienced cleanliness concerns in both the room and bathroom, as well as limited towel availability throughout the hotel, including the pool area. I was informed that the hotel was short-staffed, which appeared to impact overall service and maintenance.
These issues made my stay uncomfortable and stressful, and I did not feel that my concerns were adequately resolved at the time. I am sharing this feedback so it can be reviewed seriously and improvements can be made for future guests.
