The original room we were given had an awful smell and was generally just dirty from the window sills to the bathroom. We complained and asked for a new room, the receptionist informed us that there was no more king rooms left, but ultimately upgraded us to the Honeymoon Suite free of charge. Honeymoon Suite was cleaner and didn’t have a smell to it. Staff was helpful but rooms were not great.

Carpenter ants in my first room. Flies in the next room. This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Halls, carpet, paint is all beat up and dated. Stairs were dangerous. Oddly, the bathroom was in nice shape and the bed was comfortable, after I pulled it apart looking for bed bugs. I could have stayed at the SandMan down the road for and extra $20 a night. Bruised apples for fruit at the continental breakfast. South asian ownership on full display. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I have stayed in a Ramada / Wyndham hotels over the years. This one definitely does not meet the standards of Ramada / Wyndham. The hotel was nothing like the advertised pictures. Did not get the King room we booked as no water in the king rooms. only one entrance into building was told to go up stairs and we would find our room. did not tell us we had to go out fire door walk deck, in fire door then find room. the entrance /exit door by our room had all the key control wiring cut out so it was unusable. always had to walk the whole building to get to room. Rooms & whole hotel were very dated and nothing looks repaired or upgraded in a very long time. The hotel just has a junky look and feel to it. next time I will defiantly look for a different hotel to stay at. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE

Location of the Property is on a corner, near highway. Hard to exit place on a busy day as its one direction only. No elevator. so be difficult if carrying lots of luggage to 2nd floor. Hallway was like walking into a freezer. My room door had a gap. Bottom of door and carpet. Which had to use a towel to keep draft out and bed was near door. Odd setup. Tv was outdated and lack of channels. furnace outdated. &opposite site of room so took awhile to heat up. But overall room was a place to rest. i just expected better. Photos are from a video i did. Always photos/ video of room before any stay anywhere.
Looking at Off ramp.one direction only if going to leave. Hopefully lights green when you leave to get in lane rather the exit back onto freeway
