Our room was very noisy, from the traffic to the air conditioner. The beds we not very comfortable and the pillows were awful. That being said, check in was easy. The room was pretty clean and the hotel was close to everything we needed.

Worst continental breakfast. POOL IS OUT OF ORDER!!!
Opinión verificada

6/10 Buena

Front desk staff (some, not all) were inconvenienced if you needed something. Pool down all stay. Breakfast was the worst version of a hotel breakfast you can find- we travel a lot and I know to expect similar options across chains but this was poorly heated/stale each morning (we checked each morning but gave up). No convenience items (chip vending etc) to speak of but minor selection of drinks in a tiny closet filled with construction supplies. Again, staff seemed bothered if you tried to purchase. Surround of shower was stained black from being moldy but shower itself had decent pressure. Limited to wire provided, not enough for the guests we booked for. Did get more when we asked. We’re truly not picky but would not stay again when there are similarly priced options nearby to try out.

They were scraping the stucco off the side of the hotel and it was everywhere. They had no drop clothes to protect the inside. The guy was doing it right by the entrance and when I walked in, I breathed in a ton of it(on accident). And started choking. No, I am not being dramatic. The room smelled like smoke and the shower had mold and felt like it was sunken in. The ceramic finish was also completely rubbed off on the bottom of the tub. Place was disgusting.

Dirty, pool is despicable. The breakfast is brutal. The food tastes stale. The rooms are really nice and beds are comfy. Comfort inn should take away their franchise

Very dirty, windows from entrance throughout facility. Hallways, rooms, not clean, cardboard sign on pool said “Pool Close”, elevator dirty. Front entrance not kept up, groups congregating in parking lot late at night. Desk individual at night leaving front desk unattended. Noisy.

The room was clean and you can tell they are doing renovations- but, the elevator is dirty, the lobby is plain, coffee isn’t very good, breakfast - the basics.

The drains in the sink and bathtub were bad.

The staff was noice but the hotel in general was dirty. The room they assigned at first reeked of smoke. The second room was better but the curtains wouldn't close so all night my room was flooded with city lights. There was no way to turn off the room register fan so it ran loudly all night. I would not stay here again,

Beds were comfortable. Property was still under some remodel, but our floor was finished. Could had paid more attention to detail when cleaning, but overall clean. Would stay there again!

2/10 Mala

The outside and inside of the hotel was very unkept. There were bugs in our bathroom and hairs on the sink when we arrived. The pull out bed had wrappers and hair so we did not end up using that. Overall the hotel was very dirty and grimy. I would never stay here again
