Once she walked into the hotel, it is very nice.The room was clean however the pillows were flat. There was also no ironing board, iron and no blow dryer in the room. The showerhead in our bathroom was broken. There was two showerheads, but the main one was broken.

The staff seemed friendly. It seemed like there was a homeless guy hanging around the front most of the night? The hotel room was disgusting. The shower had some type of gray crust on it. And on both showerheads.. There were crap stains on the toilet seat. The fan nor the heat lamp worked either. The bed was so worn to one side, we tried to turn it and flip it. Me nor my wife got any sleep. The pillows are about 12” square. The plug in the lamp was so loose, it was like a prostitute in Vegas after a night when the economic conference is in town. Yeah, that loose! When I showed the front desk clerk the next day the photo of the shower she just shrugged it off. That was the end all for me and the reason for the review.
