The best I can say about this hotel is that it's OK. The staff are nice an helpful. Breakfast is good. I've stayed there a few times, mostly based on price and included breakfast. The rooms' furniture is of the same quality as a college dorm room. The fitness center is very small, and the equipment needs maintenance (bike's sest couldn't be adjusted). I've had to change rooms due to maintenance issues (wires hanging from the ceiling). Housekeeping only does rooms every other day, which means you need to stay 5 days or more to have your bed made or trash emptied more than once.
Apparently, Massachusetts has decided to put up homeless people in hotels on the public's dollar, and this hotel is one of the venues the state selected. This is apparent at the breakfasts and weekly "happy hours". New York City hotels developed a bed bug problem under similar policies, which concerns me.
