Frustrating! We booked 5 nights in winter, we had high expectations, but they were all dashed. At check-in we realized there were only 3 sets of bed linens. There were 4 of us, and they couldn't replace them until the next day, and even then they didn't leave towels. They said there had been a mistake in the booking; I think they gave us the wrong apartment, it was too small for 4 people. Super cramped. They didn't leave garbage bags or cleaning supplies; we spent 5 days in a small and dirty apartment. The shower drain was clogged. We were very upset… the city was covered in snow, and we had no amenities inside the apartment.
