Great to have a microwave in the lobby – such a useful amenity for guests who want to warm up food! Only small feedback: the current unit heats food quite slowly, so upgrading to at least 1000W would make a big difference. Also, when using the basin, the water drains very slowly – we found we had to remove the stopper to stop water from pooling, which would be good to fix. Overall, this is a really nice hotel to stay at – we had a comfortable and pleasant experience!

This was my second time staying at the Granvia in Osaka. The location is great, the staff are very polite and helpful, and it's overall a great place to stay. I deducted a star because my room felt very old and dated this stay but that wasn't the case in my first visit so it must be the floor I was on.
