6/10 Bueno
22 abr. 2025
The location was convenient in terms of access to a train station, but it's about a 15-minute walk from the heart of Shinjuku, so keep that in mind if you're planning to explore the area on foot. The place itself felt more like an Airbnb than a traditional hotel. There’s no front desk or staff presence, and check-in was completely self-service.
One major downside was the lack of an elevator. The staircase is incredibly narrow and steep, and carrying luggage up multiple flights was exhausting. Also, the automatic light in the toilet was a bit frustrating, especially during the night. It kept turning off mid-use, which wasn’t ideal.
Overall, it was a clean and functional place to sleep, but I’d recommend it more for light packers or short stays, and not for anyone expecting hotel-style amenities or service.
