two issues : unique in China 1. the check-in counter does not have enough small changes, 2. hotel staff have a hard time to call me a taxi. it seems that everything is done through cell phone, but as a foreign tourist I don't have access to local cellphone services. 昔は5スターホテルだったのだろうけれど、今はその風格が感じられない。 現在、新館工事中のせいもあると思うが、友達の車が来ても、駐車することもままならない。 一番、気になったのは、シャワー室の清掃レベルの低さ。 シャンプーなどが置いてある二段になった小さい三角コーナーの汚さ。 汚れが黒いぬめりとなっていて、とても気持ち悪かった。 それとスタッフに、英語のわかる者が少なく、これでも5スターホテルと言えるのか？
