On arrival there was no room allocated as the booking wasn’t showing. A deluxe double was chosen and the room turned out to be a twin. This was complained about to reception and they showed my partner to another room that was exactly the same. This is all that was done. There was no choice or other option given. The room itself had no toiletries. Had one coffee and milk, the shower screen leaked all over the floor so you got wet feet in going to the toilet. At breakfast the toaster was flinging toast across the floor so it was wasteful. The wine in the bar is way over priced and was of poor quality. For the supposed quality of the hotel it was a massive disappointment
