The staff are friendly. Our room had a balcony with a view. The negative is that we had to wait almost 2 hours to check in by the noisy pool bar on a Friday! Plus, you have to walk up many stairs to get there. They need a golf cart to get people from the reception at the gate to the rooms or pool area. A palapa where people could wait at checkin would be nice! Better security for luggage is needed.

The room and staff here were amazing. The breakfasts were amazing. My wife’s favorite was the chia pudding and I really like the French toast. Kids liked the pancakes and omelette. For how nice this place was we were surprised it wasn’t busier. Would definitely stay here again. Pool and swim up bar were nice. Walking distance to beach was fast. And they had surfboards to use at the beach.

Amazing Staff from the beginning at the reception with Maricruz and Krystal, Housekeeping Jessinia, Bar Jonathan, Restaurant Lenny, Management Max and Randall, Gardner..etc. They are all so friendly and make you feel at home.The room was cleaned everyday and was immaculate. Although needs upgrading. Sink too high for me, the bed is high and against the wall which was very difficult to go in and out of bed. (standard oceanview room) Great oceanview from balcony. The pool and bar area with oceanview was beautiful. Breakfast was very good. Lots and lots of stairs to keep us in shape. Big partys on Fridays but when you know ahead of time, it's not a bother. Thank You staff of Maravida for a wonderful stay.
