Cannot really relate to the service being that it is self-service, but the instructions, the rooms, the loation and comfort level were all terrific!

It was perfect for attending a conference at the convention center. I didn’t fully love the lack of available staff, but for getting in I was able to find the assistance that I needed.

Please good basic

Pleasant, had all the basic needs that we need to stay, except we ask for couple more towels, we only had one. Got surprise that there's no concierge but got use to it. Id book it again.

The rooms were really nice. Downfall was the headboard light wouldn't shut off so I had to stack my clothes over the light to sleep.

2/10 Poor

No help or accountability

I had a terrible experience with this booking. Upon arrival, I followed the emailed instructions to access the building and room using my unique passcode. When I entered the room, the TV was on, and another family’s belongings were scattered throughout. It was already occupied. I immediately left the room and tried contacting the host using the number provided, but it connected to a Roami company phone system, not an actual person. I also called Roami’s customer service number listed on their website, only to be met with an automated system that offered no real assistance. Out of options, I contacted Hotels.com (the site I booked through), but they informed me that nothing could be done since the property had a “no refund” policy. I was left stranded, forced to scramble for a last-minute hotel at my own expense. Neither Roami nor Hotels.com provided any help or accountability. I strongly caution others against booking with this property or through Roami. The lack of customer support and responsibility was extremely disappointing.

Process for checking in was easy, room was clean and the help desk was very hunted down a tv remote for me. Im sure it was wrapped in bedding from prior guest and taken when they cleaned the room. 4 remotes later and I was all set.
Monica, 3-night trip

The room was spacious. The wood floors are a fall hazard. Separating and gapped in the room. Flying insects the entire stay. Extremely humid, causing clothes and towels to stay wet.
Shaqueta, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Air didnt work well. No Wifi, or at least it was spotty at best. Nice property and amenities. Would repeat. Issues needs to be addressed.

Great space , apartment like setting and close to downtown
Lakisha, 2-night trip

Never stay again!

Everything would have been ok until I discovered the following. 1. The bed frame was made of thin, cheap wood slats that connect to plastic. Kept falling out and mattress wouldn’t stay up. 2. No washcloths offered. 3. Teenagers partying downstairs in a room, loud all hours of the night. I spent $800+ for this room. Should’ve stayed at Hilton for that.
Wood slats keep falling out of frame. Had to fix every night.
Plastic holders.

No staff and parking inconvience

We Loved the room. it was very clean and luxurius. But my problem is with the Parking. the do provide it but it's $40 a night. At least the street parkig is free at night but your lucky if you can find a spot close to the hotel. there's no staff at the front Desk but there's a cleaning crew. But other then all that we did love the room, but I'm not sure about choosing to stay here ever again due to the struggle of finding parking close to the hotel. But it is great for those flying in out of town getting around by Taxi or Uber.

Gnats are horrible, the odor of garbage hits you as soon as you walk outside. Have what you need, there’s NO vending, no ice machines, no towel unless you walk down stairs hoping there are towels left, no coffee creamer. Saw a few roaches, ironing board was broken.

We stayed the second year in a row for the workboat show. Love it.
