This room was much more comfortable and clean than several other places I have stayed that cost more. I will try and find a Quality Suites from now on when traveling. The check in and out associates were amazing and friendly. Thank you!!
Third time to stay, first two were awesome but this stay the room had greatly deteriorated. Maintenance has really taken a nosedive.
Check in was quick, dana is a gem, bed is comfortable but i spent 30 minutes cleaning...hair all over shower walls and just felt dirty throughout. Hard to see at night as all lights are broken on road pulling in. When i took a shower it sounded like an alarm going off and couldntt figure out what was wrong for about 20 minutes until the toilet started shaking...guess it was pressure in the pipes because when i flushed the toilet it stopped...lol.
Very pleasant, comfortable 1-week stay for business. Convenient, safe location. Plentiful parking. Large, comfortable, well-appointed room. Very friendly staff. Small quibbles: tiny leak under toilet that needed gasket; maintenance tried unsuccessfully (& not very hard) to fix it. King bed was placed so close to window that access was tight from that side of the bed. Poor lighting at entrance from road, making it hard to turn in at night. However, these were minor issues. Overall — recommended!
The hotel room was spacious. The staff was also accessible and friendly. It was good for the price.
The quests on our floor allowed their kids to run up and down halls running and screaming . Lights (Such as lamps ) Or main lights in our room didn’t work. The receptionist was never at the desk hardly.
Update - ROACHES, GNATS, WATER DAMAGE, BLACK MOLD, DISGUSTING Called Expedia, my room is actually being charged by the hotel and they have the ability to discount OR CANCEL CHARGE. Instead of them resolving the issue amicably, they refuse to do so. The manager JENNIFER HILL is staying right here in the hotel room on the 2nd floor with me and she refuses to come out and resolve the issue. I placed a call back to Expedia to assist me with this issue and have her to come out of her room. Remember, I informed them that I was leaving early morning at 530am, and she was unable to come down. LIE. JENNIFER HILL IS HERE, available now and could make an appearance NOW or at 530am to resolve the ROACHES, GNATS, BLACK MOLD, WATER DAMAGES, DISGUSTING ISSUES. Brandi Broussard even stated tonight that BOTH OF MY ROOMS ARE DISGUSTING. SHE PURCHASED ROACH SPRAY WITH HER OWN MONEY AND STATED SHE WOULDNT STAY IN HERE AND WOULD REFUND ALL OF MY MONIES! Dam Shame! Expedia only got the front dest, Aylssa and JENNIFER HILL refused to answer her cell phone. OH YEAH, I saw someone sitting in the lobby in the dark downstairs listening to everything that was said, a white lady with a grey tshirt on, grey walmart bag, far left corner of the front lobby at 12:30pm. WOW! Do NOT STAY HERE! Management is a joke, unprofessional, nasty attitudes and LIARS. They admitted to the ROACHES, GNATS, MOLD, WATER DAMAGE and NASTY HOTEL. Expedia was of no help as well.
