Think Twice About Booking this Place!
We arrived at the hotel just in front of a bus at 4:30 p.m. and were told our room wasn't ready. The front desk attendant told us that he was not able to check us in because he was preparing for the bus, but it was clear he was preparing a tray of packaged donuts to put out with the coffee. The check in time on both the website and on Hotels.com clearly states check-in is at 4 p.m. and there was no contact made to us in advance of our check in to advise there would be a delay. We waited 10 mins, called to the front desk to ask for a Manager, who we were told was "in a meeting", and when I advised that we were waiting to check in, suddenly our room was ready. The room was alright, quite dated but met our requirements, however, there were a number of concerns: the air conditioner leaked and soaked the carpet when operating, the tub drain drained slow as if clogged, the body wash and conditioner were not filled, there were 2 face tissues left in the box and the sink in the small kitchenette leaked. We advised the front desk the next day of the issues that we found overnight, the same attendant as the day before, who advised he would send maintenance up. We left for about 6 hours. When we returned, someone had checked the room and haphazardly made the bed, turned the air back on and refilled the towels but did nothing else. The air conditioner continued to leak onto the carpet. The breakfast on our second day ran out of food.
