I have never been to a Marriott property that was so poorly run and maintained. I had a late flight and it took forever for me to check in because their payment system was down. Then I finally got to my room and it was dirty and smelly, bed unmade, dirty towels everywhere, and I had to go all the way back to the lobby for a new room, which again took forever to sort out. The person at the desk was apologetic, and said they would talk to the manager, but I never heard more about it. When I ordered room service for breakfast, they didn’t bring me silverware, and I had to call the desk again and wait for them to bring it. The hotel itself seems run down, dirty carpet, dirty walls, peeling wallpaper…
