The room is clean. The salad was excellent. The food is great. However, there is no microwave in the room and the bathtub is peeling. I spoke to the manager. He said he he’d already paid to have it sprayed once and they were working on an upgrading at all I apologize. For the price, you really can’t beat it. The beds are clean and comfortable. The room is neat and tidy.

There was a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower curtain rod when we arrived. The paint was peeling. Pool is open 24 hours but pretty dirty. Breakfast was a slow cooker of gravy & some biscuits. A waffle iron & a pancake iron. There was a line of 5-6 people for waffles once the gravy ran out. For as many rooms as they have, it wasn't sufficient.

Room was fine except it didn’t have a microwave. My family and I were playing cards in the breakfast area on Friday night around 7:30pm and the coffee was cold, we asked the person on duty if she would make more and then when we went to ask she said she couldn’t because they stop making it at 9pm. We won’t be staying there again.

You got one free breakfast per room and had to pay for other person. Bad service in restaurant, no clean tables, no help. Stairs were terrible for old folks. Door to get out to elevator wouldn’t open with our card. Had to take stairs. Room very outdated. Requested handicap room expecting walk-in shower. Instead had tub with bars in it to hold on too, plus had to step in to tub and step out. Not good when expecting and needing handicap shower. We will never book this hotel again. Built on the side of a mountain and trying to walk up to the office is terrible for old people.

Floors-rugs were nasty. Rooms cleaned every three days- never saw a cleaning cart. A hole in floor covered by rug - luckily discovered before falling. On 5 th floor- the door to elevator locked. Both are handicapped had to walk down flight of stairs to get to car. Food for buffet- horrible- ran out of food- no wait staff to provide silverware and drinks- closed early- not worth $7.50. Dirty tables not cleaned for new customers-most of staff did not speak English. I hate we took friends to Clarion. Will never register again. We have stayed before but hotel gone straight down. Horrible experience. ADA would shut down if reported.

Room was clean. The staff was wonderful. But im not sure if the place recently changed ownership or something, but it seems that way. Very understaffed. Pool and hot tub were very dirty and the bar/restaurant wasn't open at all. I understand doing renovations but it would have been nice to know if that information would have been available before booking. The girl at the front desk day and night shift were doing amazing for the circumstances. But all aside, the rooms were clean , maybe get those girls some help to make their jobs and your customers stay a bit less stressful.
