This was a great place to stay. Right in the heart of Innsbruck, with a lovely pool and jacuzzi, great buffet breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

Nice hotel but could use staff training.
Location was fantastic! Room was good except too hot and the HVAC can only blow fans. Had to open windows to cool off. The attitude of the staff was 2 stars at best. They seem not wanting to be there. Don't bother with the pre check in info form they send you. When I showed up, I had to refill a form anyways. Breakfast was nice. Parking downstairs and direct entry into the hotel. 17 euros a night. Probably better hotels around town to stay. The lack of interest in the staff wanting to be working there makes us not wishing to return.

Beautiful spa ,amazing Position and nice room . I was really happy with the room near the spa and the nice small balcony . I did enjoy the spa at day time .I find this service Great and at the reception they was nice and giving us the bathrobe :) The breakfast was nice but there was a Girl speaking just english really not Professional and unfriendly .I suggest to improve on this Point But all together i would come back to stay one weekend for sure again .

Not what we were led to expect.
No aircon in the room which made the room uncomfortably warm even with outside temperatures being cool. Beds were uncomfortable and not a ‘double’ bed which wee booked. It was x2 single beds pushed together which came apart when sleeping. Pillows were very flat, small and uncomfortable. Staff were mostly polite but on more than one occasion completely ignored us when we approached the front counter and seemed more interested in playing with their phone. The breakfast was tasty and the leisure facilities were good.

Very nice hotel, beautiful room and excellent location. Breakfast was great, pool/sauna and gym (next-door) all one could ask for. Only downside was the check-in and out procedure. I understand it is efficient with check in/out via an app, but it gets a bit un-personal and you don't really feel as welcome as you can do with nice and professional front desk staff.

Great Stay in Innsbruck
The perfectly situated hotel to explore the city center of Innsbruck! Everything is steps outside the hotel door. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was the most helpful we encountered in all of Europe. The breakfast is excellent and the rooftop pool was an amazing bonus. Highly recommend!

After enjoying biking in Innsbruck, the 6 in our group went to the rooftop hot tub at 4PM. Sadly, they don't fill it or turn on the steam rooms until 5PM! How disappointing.
