***I am writing this review, based on the accessibility and comfort for a wheelchair/ mobility aid user ***
Parking: there is ample amount of parking and there are designated parking for individuals with an accessible placard
Front door: the doors do not have an accessible button on the outside to let you in the building, but there are buttons inside the doors, to let you outside. It’s weird. There should be a button outside, to open the doors
Accessible room: one BIG plus for, was the door stopper, to keep the door open. Great job in adding that detail. The room itself, is small. There’s a lot crammed in there, so there’s not much room to maneuver. If the wheelchair user is traveling with someone, then it’s doable. There is one Queen bed, with some hard ass pillows. The bathroom is… interesting. There’s this half glass wall in the shower, that does nothing to keep the water in. There always ends up being a flood in the bathroom, which is dangerous.
Even with the towels, the floor tile is quite slippery. The shower chair is ridiculously oversized and doesn’t fit well into the shower. There is a handheld shower head
Breakfast room: the room is big, and there is room to maneuver with a wheelchair or walker
The accessible room should be bigger with less stuff in the way
