The breakfast was a bit basic and the same everyday but it filled us up. The location was easy to get to and the place looked exactly the same as the pictures.

The only disappointment was that the head office had not correctly scheduled staff on Christmas eve and we were not able to enjoy the pool. My kids had been looking forward to using the pool so were very disappointed that they could not use especially when we had confirmed with the staff at check in when it would be open.

I've stayed here a few times now for work. Good location. Easy parking. Friendly staff - every single one of them - from reception, to bar staff, to cleaners, gym staff. Cannot fault them! Nothing is too much! Food is amazing. I am yet to bave a bad meal there. Gym and pool - both bot overly big in size - but they've never been too busy to use. This will definately be a regular for me. Ive stayed in other local - spa' hotels in Basingstoke for double the price - however i go back to the Apollo every time! Such a comfortable stay, amazing value for money and amazing showers too with good water pressure!

The staff in this hotel were really lovely - in the bar, reception, breakfast, they could not be faulted. The rooms were slightly tired and needed a little bit of work but the beds were super comfortable and I had a lovely nights sleep. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of options.
