Decent hotel with a very decent price
I stay at this hotel quite often. Very convenient to the airport with a shuttle. The lobby is a bit dingy but only because it's old, however the rooms, despite some old furniture, seem to have a recent makeover and are very clean and never seem to have any smell which is important to me. Breakfast could use some fresh fruit but at least they serve something included in the price. The gentleman working the counter was very friendly and helpful.

Telephone not working, radio alarm not working, no TV remote to be found. Promised early call never happened, no one on check out to complain to. No info was given about needing to get 2 shuttle buses to property and the Courtesy Phone at ATL did not exist. A previous occupant had left 2 Ziplock bags of Meds/drugs in a drawer which had not been removed. I want a refund, $77 when I would have been better staying inside the airport. Using 'QUALITY' in hotel name is a misnomer.

It was the worst of my life, dirty, air-conditioning the pieces were broken, bathroom dirty with hairs, elevator out of service and i was in the third floor, almost no food in the breakfast. Discussing. Terrible. So bad! Never again, ever!
