My toilet was broke on night one and when I left to go out at 5 PM, I asked if someone could look at it. The guy working the desk said, well that’ll be me cause no one else is here. when I got back he said he had fixed it and it was all set. That evening, my toilet flooded two times and each time I went to the front desk to get some towels and garbage bags to clean up. They handed me what I needed to clean and said that they would send maintenance up in the morning. I had to DoorDash cleaning supplies because they said they had none available, only towels and trash bags. I left the next day early and return back late in the evening and asked the person working the desk, were they able to fix the toilet? He said I have no idea. When I got into my room, there was a note in the bathroom that said the issue had been corrected. The issue was not corrected.
Aftet the first night there I went to the desk and spoke with Jackson who introduced himself as the general manager. He never really offered any help or an alternative to staying in that room, except he send maintenance up. He was short, rude, and acted like he was being put out by having to handle the situation. Beware if you stay in room 204 because when I checked out, the toilet is still broke.
