Scheduled for a 2-night stay at this location. Upon arrival (late) there was no management to speak to - the parking lot was full of people partying (motel doors open, loud music, alcohol). We did not believe this to be a safe location, tried to call Knights Inn several times with no response - called Hotels.com/Expedia and they tried to get ahold of hotel management to no avail.
We understand that we did not attempt to cancel in time for a refund on the 1st night stay, however; we still tried to gain a refund but NO ONE was around at the hotel to help us - Hotels.com/Expedia was of no help - and now, both parties are playing the "Blame Game" as to who won't reimburse, saying the other party is at fault.
Still awaiting the outcome to see if we will be reimbursed. Until then, my advice is NOT to book here or pay the insurance when you do book here. :(
