The Staff at this hotel stand out from many other hotels we e stayed in. They were friendly and courteous at all time and may our stay feel very warm and inviting. Thanks to Lewis, Natalie and Sarah to name the ones I got but every single member of staff that we spoke to but don’t get their names were equally important. The food was pretty amazing too and our bedroom although a little tired was very comfortable and as warm as we wanted it to be. We had a lovely few days away and will definitely return again soon. We appreciated the warm greeting at reception and personal escort to our room. The family suite where we stayed was spacious and allowed for kids and adults to each have some privacy. We enjoyed a pleasant walk through the gardens, especially a peek at the kitchen garden to see what produce was being grown.
