The room they gave us was in no condition to be occupied. It was dirty, looked abandoned, dusty, we saw bugs and there was only a body pillow (no real pillows) that looked old/used. The bedspreads had holes from cigarettes. I have never seen a room in such conditions. I left and requested a refund from Hotels.com.

Horrible and disgusting. The level of filth was unacceptable—roaches, dirty floors, and hair everywhere. Even the 'clean' sheets, pillows, and towels were stained and covered in hair. I felt completely unsafe staying here due to the lack of basic hygiene.
