Not sure why this hotel is rated so high. We were very disappointed. Although service was OK and rooms were relatively clean, the hotel itself is outdated and worn out. It's also located in between an abandoned parking lot and empty store buildings, which did not feel welcoming. Our room was in the additional building next to the hotel laundry room with a lot of chemical smell in the corridor during the day. The first night we were not able to sleep because of some baby yelling in the next room. The second night we could not sleep because it was too cold and we had to run a heater, which was extremely loud. To get to the main building you need to go outside - which is not pleasant at 30F, and the coffee machine for guests, as well as breakfast, is in there. Although breakfast was terrible anyway - dry hard sausages, inedible eggs, and old bagels. They also ran out of coffee cups and I had to go to the reception area coffee machine to bring cups myself. Finally, there was a night event in the main building during our stay (I guess, we were lucky to be in the additional building next to the laundry machines and yelling babies!) and there was a drunk loud crowd wandering everywhere until late night.
