Lindo y cómodo hotel !! El desayuno bastante bien , el café podía todo el día tomar y la tarde había cookies para degustar. El area de Lundry, había una lavadora y una secadora , tenía que lavar mi ropa y ambas máquinas bastante sucias , descuidadas y daba un poco de asco usarlas !

Standard Holiday Inn breakfast, nothing special but edible. The room was fairly clean. The shower was basic but had really nice water pressure. The shower curtain grew mold on it after the first shower, so that was gross. The beds were super uncomfortable, to the point where we joked about the floor being more comfortable. If you like extremely firm beds, then you'll love it. Everything else was fine, other than the pool being dirty. And make sure you check for ticks after going out there! We sat by the pool for maybe 30 minutes and brought 2 ticks in with us.

The staff were outstanding. Getu and Eric personally assisted and provided what was needed every step of the way!

The hotel was very dated. The room smelled of stale men’s cologne. The AC unit made strange noises and did not cool correctly. The carpet felt sticky and there was mold on the caulking in the shower. This was the worst 180$ hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I would not have expected this from a Holiday Inn Express.

Nice stay. We arrived at 2:30 for check-in, which was at 3, and were told that we might not be able to get checked in until 3:15-3:30. This would normally not be a big problem but we had a wedding to get ready for and needed that time. We were a little stressed about this but all worked out and they checked us in at 3. Everything else was good. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, etc. Nice to have breakfast offered during this COVID time. The breakfast area was blocked off. There was a menu at a table leading in to breakfast area where you placed your order and an attendant filled the order and brought it to you. Very well managed.

Room was fine except the first night the room did not get cleaned, the cleaning staff also walked in the room without knocking or announcing. They had already cleaned my room the second day, but walked in around 4:30. No reason why they needed to walk in.

The hotel room was clean and was as expected for a hotel of this type. The room has a wall HVAC unit that has the typical noise level. Breakfast was available but the food is marginal. Typical for a "included" breakfast.

I had booked a Two queen bed suite, when checking in I was told they only had 1 king with sofa bed which I didn’t want. Sofa bed couches was dirty with a gel like substance, brought me new cushions that’s didn’t fit. Tub had mold spots, room door would not close all the way to where door looked partially open, hard to lock deadbolt.
