Staff member not honest when booking add extra day and was told some confirmed. I followed up by calling advised by same staff member (Ian) that he could not book extra day. He would talk with General Manager. I never received return call and had to speak General Manager which advised she was unaware of might issue. When assisted by General manager Thayer was not discounting given due to dishonesty employee and conflicting policy issue. My as well my card was charged twice for damage. Hotel had horrible smell in the room and in the hall way. Microwave had lingering old spoiled food. Ian at the desk reported the guest service dogs. There was too many dogs to not have verified if actually service dog. Cable issues in room and had to call for assistance.
