We arrived to the hotel to find out they didn’t have a free roll away as advertised. Next, our door handle was falling off the bathroom door, it was a closet door handle, and it wouldn’t stay shut. Maintenance came and fixed it right away. Then our toilet was making loud squealing noises from the back off and on. Then the sink basin was cracked with a chunk missing where the water could go under the sink. The hotel moved us to another room. The corners in the room were all sticky from not being cleaned all the way. The beds were mattresses on a metal frame. When we tried to get out of bed, the mattress would flip up off of the frame and we would have to reseat the mattress on the frame. It needed a firm foundation under the mattress like box springs. The mattress flexed so much that my back was all messed up by the second morning and I have had to go to the chiropractor upon returning home because I hurt back that keeps grabbing and still hurts a week later from the bed. The manager was rude when I brought up issues and didn’t know what was happening in his own hotel. He gave me a key card to access the laundry room only to find out the lock mechanism had been gutted from the door of the laundry room and no card was needed to enter. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. The up keep on this hotel has been greatly neglected.

Don’t skimp on detergent.

I much appreciate them not requiring a deposit and the check in process was fast and easy. The room was 9/10 clean. There was some hair and dead bug on bathroom floor but no big deal. However, the beds were not comfortable. Mainly the feel of the sheets and coverings. Felt like a cheap slimy detergent than my skin did not like. The beds also made a lot of noise when you moved on them. Overall I’d rate this place a strong 7 of 10. Some improvements nee but overall an affordable and decent place to stay.
