Great hotel in an excellent location just a 5 minute walk from major attractions like Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, and many other landmarks. The surrounding area is lively, full of restaurants including Nusr-Et and many others, yet the hotel itself remains very quiet and peaceful. The service was excellent, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Staff is nice and helpful. Room is in the ground floor and near the road. A bit noisy before mid night and in the early morning.

Staff was friendly, the hotel is located in a good area easy to walk to almost all the main tourist areas in Istanbul. Breakfast options are limited. The transportation was good, they have spacious vans and in good conditions however, the drivers are careless when driving, over the speed limit and not slowing down in curves etc. we were very scared both times on our way from the airport to the hotel and on our way back to the airport.

Situated in the heart of Istanbul No12 is the ideal place to stay for a short weekend trip. You are a 10 minute walk away from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia mosques. The Bazaar is a short walk away in the opposite direction and you have the local metro on your doorstep. The hotel is small and clean and functional which is what you need if you don't plan on staying for more than a few days.

The hotel is a gem boutique hotel. The staff is super nice n friendly. The housekeeping also very honest and takes good care of our room n its always clean. The breakfast is like home cook. I will definitely go back in this hotel!! If you wanna be in the old town and with a reasonable priced hotel… this is the one! The location is excellent! Very close to Marmaray station and the tourist spots! The staff and i mean all of the staff are super accomodating and very helpful! They would please you to your needs! The view from the breakfast place ( deck) is fantastic! Definitely the rooms are clean… small but good enough for sleeping. I would recommend this future travelers! Thanks again for making my stay extra special!

We had a lovely stay at No:12 Hotel Sultanahmet. The service staff and desk staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Han. The room was very nice and clean (and cleaned every single day!), but it was very small. This didn't matter much as we were out for the majority of the day so didn't need to use the room as much. The hotel is very central, with everything close-by - Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia were 5-10 mins away via walk, lots of souvenir shops and tons of food options nearby. The rooftop view is beautiful and there are many rooftop restaurants next door, so we stayed at these rooftop places until quite late knowing that it is safe to walk back to our hotel which was 1 min away. Would definitely stay again!

Don’t accept level one rooms , smelly and the noise like you sleep in the lobby we ask the receptionist and they done nothing even the they didn’t accept to adjust the price , the receptionist Rahma very kind and friendly and he’s the only one speak English he help us to move one room up but we stuck with the other one no sleep no rest from the noises
