Rien a dire sur l'accueil, l'emplacement (très bien, à deux pas de la place de Jaude), ni la propreté. En revanche la literie de ma chambre a été une catastrophe. J'ai retourné le matelas la deuxième nuit (et le matelas n'était pas fait pour être retourné) tant le matelas était "cabossé" : je rentrais mon poing dans un des trous au niveau des hanches.

Hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter la ville, à proximité de la place de Jaude. Accueil agréable. Calme la nuit. L'arrivée n'est pas très aisée car il faut déjà trouver le parking avant de trouver l'hôtel. Par contre l'équipement minimaliste nuit à la qualité de la prestation : pas d'alèse sur le matelas, mais un simple drap qui ne tient pas en place (donc peu hygiénique)- pas de porte-serviette dans la salle de bain, ni patère, donc impossible de faire sécher les serviettes - pas de paroi de douche, donc la moitié de la salle de bain est inondée après une douche - cuisine beaucoup trop haute pour la majorité des personnes - VMC qui ne fonctionne pas dans la salle de bain Il suffirait de quelques équipements peu onéreux pour améliorer le confort des chambres. De plus attention à l’ambiguïté de l'information sur le parking partenaire : on nous annonce 10,50 € pour 24 heures, ce qui pourrait être intéressant... Sauf qu'il est impossible de sortir la voiture sans devoir repayer à chaque fois ce même forfait.

Appart Hotel dans quartier calme de Clermont-Ferrand. Stationnement à Proximité. Chambre assez spacieuse avec kitchenette fonctinnelle. La vaisselle est aleatoire. Moquette de partout, y compris dans la salle de bain/wc, pas de rideau de douche ce qui garde une humidité peu agreable. Pas de clim. On a dormi la fenetre ouverte, pas de nuisance la nuit.
