We stayed at Chanalai m Gardens for 5 days, and loved everything about it. The hotel is really beautiful inside, and the staff are very very nice and polite. The cleaning is also very good. They held the Loy Krathong Festival that Thailand has in november, at their hotel, and it was a wonderful evening, that they put all their passion into.

Good location Our initial room was dated and had a very small bathroom, we contacted front desk and they were quick to respond and moved us to a more updated room and provided us with complimentary breakfast to help resolve the issue. A maze of a hotel resort
Good resort. Breakfast was great. It took us 5 minutes to get from the front desk to our room. It's that big! The views were incredible! The room was comfortable and the beach was very close. The staff at the front desk was a bit cold but okay. The people at the taxi stand were helpful and kind. The happy hour was buy one get one. Very large resort so it took a day to figure out navigation. Would recommend!
