Noise Issues and Uncomfortable Room
Dear Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. My family and I were allocated a room on the 3rd floor, directly below a pub located on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, loud noise and music continued until 3 AM on both nights of our stay, making it extremely difficult for us to sleep or relax. This caused a great deal of discomfort and affected the quality of our entire trip.
In addition to the noise disturbance, the room provided was not suitable for a family. There was barely any space to move around, and it lacked basic amenities such as carpeting, which made it feel cold and uninviting. Overall, the room did not meet the standards expected for a comfortable family stay.
I request that you look into this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to prevent such experiences for future guests. I also kindly ask for compensation or a partial refund for the inconvenience we faced during our stay.
